Frank Crocco - Rock with the Croc

Hi! I'm Frank Crocco.  You may know me by my stage name Rock with the Croc.  I'm a Columbia County native who has been rockin' around New York for the past +30 years. My travels have taken me all over the northeast from Lake George NY to Vermont to Massachusetts bringing fun and entertainment to large groups of people everywhere. I've worked family 'fun-ction', local bars, resorts, restaurants, private clubs and organizations.  I'm a songwriter who likes to have fun with the people I'm entertaining. My repertoire ranges from the golden oldies, to country to pop. All intermingled with my originals.

I have been a songwriter for 30+ years and have to my credit over 50 original tunes, 4 CD projects and several videos.  In 1988 I released my first project, Special Lady, from which the track Your Love won a local talent contest.   This brought me to the regionals in Massachusetts and eventually to the Nationals in the Pocono’s.  Special Lady was noted as a local project that kept the Heart of Rock ‘n’ Roll Beating. 

Wake Up Heart followed this in 1998 and has astounded young and old alike.  The tearjerker ballads and jazzy rhythm are enjoyed by all.  This project had Forever For You and You’re My Habit both receiving airtime on WABY radio with local DJ, David Allen.

Next in line came Ocean Girl.  This project reflected my live performances and boasted some great new hits like the title Ocean Girl, Lost in Paradise and Such a Long Way To Fall.  Who would have thought when I wrote Ocean Girl that the information highway would bring my music to fans around the world? 

My songs are being listened to from far away countries such as Norway, Sweden, Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Great Britain, France, Spain, Italy and Australia and have passed the 100,000 mark for streams and downloads!  Big thanks to everyone who has been listening, enjoying and supporting my music – I couldn’t do it without you!  As a struggling songwriter to have people listening to my music is the most humbling praise anyone could ever receive. 

My latest work in progress is Girl.  This includes many new original tunes as well as a few cover tunes that will have you crying, cheering and dancing as you listen to the array of songs.
